COVID-19 Update – Responding to the Pandemic

Dear TeraGo Customers & Partners,

As the situation around COVID – 19 continues to change, many companies have re-evaluated the way they interact with one another and conduct day-to-day business. TeraGo’s primary focus is to protect the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners.

TeraGo continues to closely monitor updates and follow the guidelines administered by local health and government authorities including the World Health Organization (WHO) and other health organizations in order to minimize the potential risk to TeraGo’s customers, partners and employees. With the recent classification of COVID-19 as a pandemic, TeraGo has enacted our Pandemic Response Plan. We have broadened our work from home policies for employees to minimize the possibility of transmission in our offices. Also, we have increased the use of virtual collaboration tools to conduct virtual meetings with our customers, partners and employees.

TeraGo has a strong commitment to provide uninterrupted and exceptional service nationwide. Our corporate Pandemic Response Plan ensures that we are taking the necessary steps to maintain our network, data centres and critical facilities. Our facilities remain operational as usual including sufficient staffing and 24 x 7 support. At this time, we are not experiencing significant impact to service implementations or supply chain that would negatively impact the majority of our customers.

We are mindful that this virus will impact many people and encourage everyone to take the necessary precautions to stay healthy. TeraGo will continue to communicate any necessary updates as they arise and encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have. We are proactively developing plans to help our customers maintain business continuity and availability during this challenging time.
