Toronto – June 30, 2020 – TeraGo Inc. (“TeraGo” or the “Company”) (TSX: TGO, www.terago.ca), today announced that an amended and restated credit agreement (the “CreditAgreement”) was entered into between TeraGo Networks Inc., the Company, as guarantor, and each of Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”, as new administrative agent and lead lender) and The Toronto-Dominion Bank (“TD”). National Bank of Canada has ceased to be administrative agent and a lender to TeraGo, and has assigned its rights and obligations to RBC, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Credit Agreement.

TeraGo Inc. (“TeraGo” or the “Company”) (TSX: TGO, www.terago.ca), today reported financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. “Like most businesses, we were impacted by the COVID-19 crisis as it spread through Canada,” said Tony Ciciretto, President and CEO of TeraGo. “However, the impact to TeraGo was less than most because our solutions are critical to our customer’s operations even as they temporarily closed operations and transitioned to a remote work environment.”
TeraGo Inc. (“TeraGo” or the “Company”) (TSX: TGO, www.terago.ca), today announced that 5G technical trials in the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”) have commenced at TeraGo’s Thornhill head office location, utilizing 5G fixed wireless network equipment from Nokia Inc. (“Nokia”). Initial testing will be in the 38 GHz frequency band using Innovation, Science and Economic Development (“ISED”) approved and issued developmental licences. TeraGo will also be utilizing Customer Premise Equipment (“CPE”) from Askey Computer Corp. (“Askey”) in support of these initial trials, which are expected to be carried out over the next several weeks. Due to the impact of the recent COVID-19 event, customer trials are planned to begin in the second half of 2020.
TeraGo Inc. (“TeraGo” or the “Company”) (TSX: TGO, www.terago.ca), will be hosting a conference call on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. ET to discuss the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2020. The complete financial results are expected to be released after market close on Tuesday, May 5, 2020.
