We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Product Manager to join the TERAGO team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution to shape and enhance TERAGO’s product portfolio. You will ensure our offerings align with market needs, exceed customer expectations, and drive business growth. As a key member of the product team, you will play a critical role in defining, launching, and refining products that support TERAGO’s mission and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development
- Lead and drive the strategic vision for TERAGO’s product portfolio, providing both internal and external leadership to ensure alignment with market demands and corporate goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3-year product roadmaps, ensuring they align with business objectives and market trends.
- Manage end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, enhancing TERAGO’s portfolio with new products that address customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to drive the creation of innovative solutions that meet market needs.
- Monitor emerging technologies and market shifts, evaluating their potential impact on TERAGO’s product offerings and adapting strategies accordingly.
Product Management
- Own the lifecycle management of existing products, ensuring they evolve to meet changing customer needs and market dynamics.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal stakeholders and customers, providing insights and guidance on product functionality and value.
- Provide product training to key internal teams, including Operations, Support, Customer Experience, and Sales, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop playbooks that effectively communicate product value and market differentiation.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with TERAGO’s target audiences.
- Support Sales and Marketing efforts by developing marketing collateral, and sales tools tailored to partners and customers.
- Work with the Pricing team to establish competitive product pricing, bundling strategies, and promotional offers that optimize profitability and market share.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to evaluate the financial and strategic value of special deals, non-standard projects, and pricing scenarios.
- Business case development, providing insights to support investment decisions in products, platforms, and network infrastructure.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and adoption across targeted markets.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, leveraging research, segmentation, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Perform competitive analysis, establishing TERAGO’s unique product positioning and differentiators in the marketplace.
- Communicate product strategy and roadmaps effectively to internal and external stakeholders, supporting marketing and PR initiatives through blogs, webinars, and industry events.
Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or technical product sales, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of networking solutions such as SD-WAN, SASE, security services, internet, Ethernet, and managed services, with a focus on how these technologies address customer use cases.
- Familiarity with cloud services and cloud service providers (CSPs) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience collaborating with or working alongside direct and channel sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Experience evaluating and assessing technology solutions is a strong asset, particularly in the context of product development and market fit.

- Proven track record of project execution, delivering on time and within scope.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling solutions that resonate with customers.
- Strong product marketing expertise, including market research, product positioning, and differentiation strategies.
- Excellent forecasting and business case development skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
- Creative and proactive in overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions.
- Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships.
- Outstanding communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
