Antonio (Tony) Ciciretto
President & CEO
Mr. Ciciretto serves as TeraGo’s President and CEO, as well as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Ciciretto is responsible for providing overall sales, marketing and operational leadership as well as the execution of TeraGo’s strategic plan to advance TeraGo’s leadership in end-to-end data solutions, including access and data centre services.
Mr. Ciciretto has led both large corporate divisions and small high-growth organizations in the information technology, telecommunications and cloud markets. He is passionate about customer service and creating a collaborative culture within the workplace. He recently served as President and CEO of Cogeco Peer 1 and Cogeco Data Services for over six years, where he was responsible for leading the market growth and development of Cogeco Peer 1 with operational responsibilities for business strategy, marketing, sales, finance, network and data centre operations, services development, and customer care. Mr. Ciciretto co-founded and was the President of the TVN Group, a private investment firm. From 2003 to 2007, he was Vice-President, Rogers Business Solutions and he held various senior roles at Bell Canada for 15 years including Senior Vice-President of Sales and Operations at Bell Nexxia. Mr. Ciciretto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from Ryerson University, a Master’s degree in Science from State University of New York, and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario.
Vice President, Marketing
Ron is a senior executive with strong functional background in B2C and B2B marketing and strategic planning. Known as a leader, strategist, brand builder and value creator, he has a proven P&L track record and extensive experience in diverse industries building businesses, strong teams and shareholder value for organizations. Ron has worked across a wide range of industries at organizations such as Seagram, Pfizer, BCP-Publicis, Cogeco Communications and Rogers Communications.
Ron is a graduate of McGill University and the London Business School Senior Executive Program. He is fluently bilingual and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Vice President, Sales
Daren Hanson serves as the Vice President of Sales for TeraGo. In this role Daren has responsibility for driving revenue growth across TeraGo’s entire solution portfolio thru both direct sales and business partner channels.
He has extensive experience in the technology market thru a broad spectrum of executive roles in software engineering, business development, marketing and strategy, and sales. As a sales leader Daren has a proven track record of building world class teams and driving significant revenue growth in SMB and enterprise markets. Prior to TeraGo, Daren was the VP of Sales and Business Development for Microdea and previous to that he held a number of executive roles at IBM both in Canada and Internationally.
Daren holds a degree in Computer Engineering and lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and 3 daughters.
Vice President, Corporate Development
Jeffrey currently serves as TeraGo’s Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, Jeffrey identifies, negotiates and executes opportunities relating to acquisitions, strategic partnerships and alliances.
Jeffrey has over 8 years of capital markets experience. Prior to joining TeraGo, Jeffrey was Vice President of Investment Banking at National Bank Financial Inc. covering the Technology, Media, Telecom and Healthcare sectors where he advised numerous clients on several key transactions including mergers and acquisitions and financings.
Jeffrey holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with distinction.
